The personalized What to Bring planner at JesusFestival.App/what-to-bring adapts the list for your days, family, comfort or accessibility needs and volunteer plans, then saves it privately for offline use.

How do I get to Gage Park and where can I park?

Gage Park is at 1000 Main Street East in Hamilton. The City lists 150 park spaces, but parking is limited. The Main and Ottawa intersection is closed during the festival period, and HSR Routes 1/1A, 10 and 41 are detoured. Use the current arrival guide at JesusFestival.App/getting-to-gage-park, leave extra time and follow final signs and volunteer directions.

Is the festival family-friendly?

Yes. Saturday is designed for all ages, with a dedicated Kids Zone, bouncy castles, games, food and open lawn space for families.

What does the Jesus Festival app include?

The free app includes the complete two-day schedule, a personal lineup planner, a private Festival Ready packing checklist, Gage Park directions, festival news, live updates, the Prayer Wall, Revive the City activities, notifications and offline essentials.

Does the Jesus Festival app work offline?

Yes. Once the app has been opened online, its dedicated offline essentials page, core schedule, Gage Park address and packing checklist are cached for congested or unavailable park networks. Live community features reconnect automatically when service returns.

Can the app build a personalized Jesus Festival visit plan?

Yes. The Build My Festival Plan tool creates a private arrival plan based on which days you are attending, whether you are coming for the first time, with family, for worship or for a lower-stress visit, and whether you are driving, taking HSR or arriving another way. The choices stay on your device and can be shared without creating an account.

Can the app calculate when I should leave for Gage Park?

Yes. The Getting to Gage Park planner combines your travel method, normal trip duration, target festival moment and group pace to calculate a leave-by time with extra arrival margin. It can share the plan and download a calendar departure reminder. Choices remain on your device.

How can I decide which Jesus Festival 2026 sets to see?

Use the free Find Your Festival Moments matcher at JesusFestival.App/find-your-moments. Choose who you are attending with, whether you want worship, live music, stories or variety, and when you can attend. It recommends a short list from the confirmed schedule and saves every pick into My Lineup in one tap.

Can I build a Jesus Festival plan for my church, youth group, family or friends?

Yes. The Bring a Group planner at JesusFestival.App/bring-a-group creates one shareable crew brief with the festival day, approximate group size, arrival guidance, travel plan, permanent meeting landmark and suggested roles. A six-step readiness checklist stays private on the current device, and no account is required.

Where can I find Jesus Festival accessibility information?

The Accessibility and Comfort Guide at JesusFestival.App/accessibility separates confirmed Gage Park and HSR facts from event-day services that still need confirmation. It includes mobility, sensory, hearing, vision, medication, stroller, service-animal and support-person planning, plus a private Comfort Plan that stays on your device.

Is there a Jesus Festival day-of guide?

Yes. Day-Of Mode at JesusFestival.App/day-of is the fastest low-distraction view of what is on now, what comes next, the Gage Park map, help points, directions and offline essentials. The complete Festival Weekend Command Center adds the forecast, private readiness progress, accessibility, packing and planning tools.

What should I do the night before Jesus Festival?

Open the Festival Go Bag at JesusFestival.App/before-you-go. In about five minutes you can check the live Gage Park forecast, finish packing, review the Main and Ottawa closure and HSR detours, save a private meeting spot, star your must-see sets and save the essential app pages for offline use.

What is the Jesus Festival Light Hunt?

The Light Hunt is a free, on-site scavenger hunt inside JesusFestival.App. Visitors find 12 lights around Gage Park, including six in Vendor Row, and unlock shareable badges. Progress stays on the visitor's device and no account is required.

Can I take HSR transit to Gage Park?

Yes. HSR serves the Gage Park area. During the active Main and Ottawa closure, Routes 1/1A King, 10 B-Line Express and 41 Mohawk are detoured and some stops have moved. Use the current arrival guide and the City of Hamilton's official schedule and detour tools before leaving.

Where can I buy official Jesus Festival apparel?

The Festival Shop inside JesusFestival.App features the official Jesus Festival collection from ThyKingdom.Shop, with prices displayed in Canadian dollars.

What happens if it rains?

Gage Park is an open-air venue, so dress for the forecast — a light rain jacket packs down smaller than an umbrella and blocks nobody's view. The app shows the Gage Park forecast on the home screen from about two weeks out. If severe weather ever required a change to the plan, the News tab and app notifications are where it would be announced first, so turning on notifications is the simplest way to know.

Who is behind Jesus Festival?

Jesus Festival grew out of the outreach Daniel and Katie Ziedins began in Hamilton in 2014 (Love on Hamilton), which has grown into more than 20 weekly outreach teams and the Love on The World movement. They now serve with e3 Canada in collaboration with I Am Second, with a mission to help establish 100 multiplying outreach groups. Their site is kd-ziedins.com.

How can I partner with or support the ministry behind Jesus Festival?

Three ways: pray for Daniel, Katie and the outreach teams; join or start an outreach through loveonhamilton.com (Hamilton) or loveontheworld.com (anywhere else); and, if the Lord leads, give monthly or once through Daniel and Katie's official e3 Canada staff page, linked from kd-ziedins.com. The app never takes money itself. The articles 'Plunder Hell, Populate Heaven' and 'The Harvest Isn't Finished' on this site explain the vision.

What is SIX33?

SIX33 (six33.world) is a Christian lifestyle and culture brand founded by Daniel Ziedins, built on Matthew 6:33 and launching soon. It began in 2014 as Seek First Brand, and a big part of its heart is raising funds for Love on The World.

Will someone try to convert me?

Nobody will single you out, put you on the spot or corner you. There is no altar call you have to stand up for, no moment where visitors are asked to identify themselves, and no collection. Speakers will talk openly about Jesus from the stage — that is genuinely what the weekend is — and you are free to listen, eat, chat with friends or leave at any point. If you ever want to talk or be prayed for, the Prayer Tent is there and you go to it, not the other way around.

Is Gage Park wheelchair accessible?

Gage Park has an extensive walkway system, while the main festival gathering area is open lawn. Surfaces, distance and weather can affect a visit. Confirm the final accessible parking, drop-off and viewing plan with the festival team before travelling when one of those details is essential.

Can I bring my own food, drinks or a picnic?

Gage Park is a public city park, so bringing your own food, snacks and a refillable water bottle is completely fine. There are food trucks on site if you would rather buy something, and drinking fountains in the park for refills. Bringing a little cash is wise — card machines and park signal do not always cooperate once a few thousand phones arrive.

Can I bring my dog?

Gage Park is a public park and the City of Hamilton's normal park and leash rules apply to the festival weekend as on any other day. If you do bring a dog, the areas away from the stage are far more comfortable for them — amplified music, crowds and early September heat are a lot for an animal. Bring water and shade, and check the City of Hamilton park rules for anything specific.

What time should I arrive?

For Friday's Pure Worship Night, gates open at 6:00 PM and worship starts at 6:30 PM, so arriving at 6:00 PM gives you time to park and find a spot. For Saturday, the lawn fills from the front, so arriving 20 to 30 minutes before a set you especially want to see is the difference between the front and the back. Parking fills earlier than people expect on both days.

Is there seating, or do I need to bring a chair?

Bring a lawn chair or a blanket. Seating is open grass in front of the bandshell and there are no rows of chairs set out, so what you bring is what you sit on. This is the single most common thing first-time visitors wish they had done.

Are there washrooms at the festival?

Yes. Gage Park has permanent public washrooms near the bandshell, and the festival map inside the app shows where they are. The map works offline once the app is installed, which matters on a day when park signal is unreliable.

Can I be baptised at Jesus Festival?

Yes. Baptisms are celebrated publicly on Saturday, and you do not need to have planned it in advance or belong to a particular church. If you decide on the day, go to the baptism area marked on the festival map and the team will walk you through what happens. The app's I Said Yes page explains the whole thing beforehand if you would rather read it privately first.

How can I volunteer at Jesus Festival?

The Volunteers section inside JesusFestival.App is where you apply, enter a team code and find your team. Volunteers help with setup, welcome, the Kids Zone, prayer, food, and teardown, and most roles are a few hours rather than the whole weekend.

Will there be phone signal at Gage Park?

Expect it to be poor. A few thousand phones in one park will overwhelm the local cell capacity, which is why the Jesus Festival app is built to work offline. Install it before you come and tap 'Save the festival essentials' on the install screen, and the schedule, the park map, your saved spot and the next-steps guide all keep working with no bars at all.
